I can kind of understand being upset by the dragonborn and the Spellplague and all that... but tieflings have always been in FR, more so than any other setting aside from the new Points of Light and Planescape. I mean, they're right in the 3rd edition setting core book!

Actually, having read the FRCG myself I have to say they changed less stuff than I was expecting.

Not a problem Ishmayl. There's no better way to really get familiar with a book than to index it...I certainly know the PHB better than I would have! :)

Thanks Barasawa! The ToC seemed alright to me, I don't demand an amazingly detailed Table of Contents as long as the index is good in a book. Now it's on to the Forgotten Realms! :)

Prop, that's a natural 20 of an index!

I've told my players that they definitely want to print their own out. (For the those that don't have printers, I volunteer one copy, after that their on their own.)

I'll agree that their index and ToC were lacking, at least they aren't the waste of page that WhiteWolf prints... (Yes, that was page as in singular. And yes, it is a dig at them...)

Later, and Thanks again!

Thanks Brian, glad to hear the index helped. I use it every game, and it's really been a boon.

Oh and templates are your friend... if they get intimidated easily give them templates and tell them they are classes... give them a few tweek options... and before long they want to fully customize their characters.

The actual Gameplay rules are fairly simple, once that is out of the way, well curiosity will often get the cat... I have seen it happen :)

good luck
