Lackluster pre-orders apparently killed this one. It’s got to be tough for small publishers right now, what with Dungeons and Dragons 4e coming and the economy sluggish. I was excited to see Bill Coffin’s take on a sci-fi setting, so hopefully Septimus will find a home elsewhere.
